By purchasing from AlphaMS/premium raceelectronics, the customer agrees to all terms, conditions, and policies listed on this website.

All products sold are intended for off-road, racing, or motorsport use unless otherwise specified. Customers are responsible for verifying compliance with local, state, and federal laws regarding installation and use.

Estimated production and shipping timeframes are subject to change based on manufacturing schedules, parts availability, supplier delays, and production batches.

AlphaMS/PRE is not responsible for damages, labor costs, improper installation, tuning issues, vehicle downtime, or misuse of products. Professional installation is strongly recommended.

By placing an order, the customer agrees that all estimated timelines are approximate and may change without notice due to factors outside of our control.

EU Consumers — Governing Law & Consumer Rights

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United States. However, if you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you retain the benefit of any mandatory provisions of the consumer protection laws in your country of residence. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as an EU consumer.

Delivery & Performance

AlphaMS will fulfill orders within the timeframe communicated at the time of purchase. For EU customers, if we are unable to deliver within the agreed or estimated timeframe, you have the right to request fulfillment within an additional reasonable period. If delivery still cannot be made, you may be entitled to cancel your order and receive a full refund for unshipped items.

Estimated production timelines (1–3 months for chassis harnesses; batch-dependent for turbo kits) are provided in good faith and may be affected by supplier availability, manufacturing complexity, or circumstances beyond our control. We will notify you promptly of any significant delays.

Dispute Resolution

Refund Policy

Due to the custom-built and made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final unless otherwise stated.

Chassis harnesses, turbo kits, and other fabricated or custom-built products are non-refundable once production has started. If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order information.

Pre-orders and batch-manufactured products may have varying lead times depending on supplier schedules, production volume, and manufacturing delays. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these estimated timelines.

If a refund is approved under special circumstances, processing fees, transaction fees, and any non-recoverable costs may be deducted from the refund amount.

EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, consumers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. However, this right does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.

All chassis harnesses, turbo kits, and other custom-manufactured products offered by AlphaMS are built to order and made to customer specifications. As such, these products are exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal under Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU. By placing an order for a custom product, you acknowledge and agree that the right of withdrawal does not apply once production has commenced.

For damaged or incorrect orders, please contact us at Alphamsofficial@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will work to make it right.

Shipping Policy

All chassis harnesses are built to order. Once production is completed, orders will be prepared and shipped to the customer. Estimated completion time for chassis harnesses is approximately 1–3 months depending on production workload, customization, and parts availability.

Turbo kits are manufactured and released in batches. Estimated shipping timeframes are updated accordingly based on current production batches, manufacturing schedules, and supplier availability. Customers understand that batch production timelines may vary.

Once shipped, customers will receive tracking information via email or SMS when available.

AlphaMS/PRE is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather, supplier delays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

EU Customers — Delivery Information

AlphaMS ships to the European Union via DHL Express and FedEx. Estimated delivery times to EU destinations are 5–10 business days from the date of shipment (not from the order date, as all products are built to order).

Please note that production lead times apply before shipment:

Chassis harnesses: 1–3 months from order confirmation
Turbo kits: varies by production batch — estimated timeline communicated at time of order

Customs & Import Duties

Orders shipped to the EU may be subject to customs duties, import VAT, and handling fees upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. AlphaMS is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.
